YOGA - MEDITATION - BREATHWORK

One to one personalised sessions designed for you and you only.

​

Finding a personal practice that is designed and adapted to you is essential, to be able to get the most out of it. This is often not possible in group classes where every body follows the same sequence. Especially when dealing with anxiety and overwhelm, different things work for different people. One to one sessions can also be great if you get overwhelmed, anxious or distracted by being in the room with others. 


Here is some of the things we can work with together:

- Identify what Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathwork practices work best for you.

- Designing a personal practice that is adapted to your needs and your lifestyle 

​

Private sessions can also be great if you want to:

​

- Learn the foundations of Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathwork practice 
- Become more comfortable with the foundations of yoga and breathing
- Take your practice to a deeper level and learn more about yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, meditation.
